How do creator payouts work?
When a brand approves your clip submission, Musubi processes a UPI payment to your registered UPI ID within 72 hours. Currently we don't have any minimum payout amount.
My payout hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First check that your UPI ID is correct in Settings. Payouts are processed within 72 hours of approval. If it's been longer, email contact@musubiclip.com with your submission ID.
How do I add money to my brand wallet?
Go to Brand Dashboard → Wallet → Add Funds. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
My clip was rejected. Can I resubmit?
Each creator can submit one clip per campaign. If rejected, you cannot resubmit to the same campaign. Browse other active campaigns on the Discover page.
Can I get a refund on my wallet balance?
Yes. Unused wallet balance is refundable within 30 days of top-up. Email contact@musubiclip.com with your Razorpay payment ID.
How do I delete my account?
Email contact@musubiclip.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. We process deletions within 7 business days. Pending earnings above ₹500 will be paid before deletion.
