Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Musubi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Musubi is operated by Musubi Private Limited (CIN U62099RJ2026PTC115917), a company incorporated in India. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Musubi is a performance based content marketing platform where:

• Brands create campaigns with an INR budget and reward rate per 1,000 views
• Creators browse campaigns, create short form video clips, post on Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, and submit the post link
• Musubi verifies submissions and facilitates UPI payouts to creators
• Musubi charges a 10% platform fee on all campaign budgets

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must be based in India
• You must provide accurate information during signup
• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be suspended

4. Brand Terms

Brands agree to:

• Maintain sufficient wallet balance before launching campaigns
• Ensure all campaign content requests are legal and not harmful
• Review and approve/reject submissions honestly within campaign duration
• Understand that the 10% platform fee is not refundable once a campaign is launched
• Not attempt to reverse or dispute approved payouts
• Campaigns complete automatically when the budget is spent or the end date passes

5. Creator Terms

Creators agree to:

• Submit only original content created by themselves
• Not use bots, fake views, view exchange groups, or any artificial inflation of view counts
• Provide a valid UPI ID to receive payments
• Submit only one clip per campaign
• Follow all campaign guidelines provided by the brand
• Not submit clips that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or violate platform guidelines of Instagram/YouTube
• Minimum payout threshold is ₹10. Earnings below this stay pending until the threshold is met
• Once Musubi approves a clip, its earnings reach your wallet, and a withdrawal is sent to your UPI ID within 48 hours of the request

6. Platform Fee

• Musubi charges 10% of the total campaign budget as a platform fee
• This fee is deducted from the brand's wallet when the campaign launches
• The platform fee is not refundable under any circumstances once a campaign is active

7. Payments and Payouts

• All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Wallet top ups processed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Creator payouts sent by Musubi to the UPI ID saved in your settings
• Payout timeline: within 48 hours of a withdrawal request
• Minimum payout: ₹10
• Withdrawal fee: 5% of the amount withdrawn, shown before you confirm
• A failed payout is returned to your Musubi wallet, and you can withdraw it again once your UPI ID is corrected
• Musubi is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or UPI infrastructure

8. Fraud and Prohibited Activities

The following will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings:

• Fake views, bot traffic, or view exchange of any kind
• Creating multiple accounts
• Submitting clips not created by you
• Brands attempting to avoid paying creators for legitimate work
• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's algorithms or metrics
• Submitting illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes copyright

9. Intellectual Property

• Brands retain ownership of their campaign content and brand assets
• Creators retain ownership of clips they create
• By submitting a clip, creators grant Musubi a limited license to display the clip within the platform for campaign purposes

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Musubi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Users may delete their account by contacting contact@musubiclip.com
• Upon termination for fraud, all pending earnings are forfeited
• Upon voluntary deletion, pending earnings above ₹500 will be paid out within 7 business days

11. Limitation of Liability

Musubi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by or to that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Musubi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours
• Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Jurisdiction: Courts of India

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We will notify users 7 days before material changes take effect via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
