Best clipping platforms in India (2026): a sourced comparison

As of 20 October 2026, eight video clipping platforms publish terms that pay creators in India, and seven of them pay to UPI. This comparison checks each one's rate per 1,000 views, minimum withdrawal, creator fee and payout speed on its own pages. Musubi publishes it and is listed alphabetically, with no ranking.

Which clipping platforms pay creators in India?

As of 20 October 2026, eight video clipping platforms publish terms that pay creators in India: ClipConnect, ClipGrow, ClipRaft, Cluvi, Dashrize, INDclipping, Musubi and Whop Content Rewards. Seven of them pay to UPI. Whop Content Rewards pays in dollars to a bank account, mobile wallet or crypto wallet instead. Video clipping here means getting paid to post short clips of a brand's or creator's footage on Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, not press clipping or hair clippers.

Musubi publishes this page and is one of the eight platforms in it. To keep that from tilting the comparison, the table is in alphabetical order, every cell comes from that platform's own pages as read on 20 October 2026, and Musubi's row uses the same columns and the same plain wording as everyone else's. Where a platform does not state something, the cell says "Not published".

Rates, fees and minimums change often. ClipGrow, for one, stopped paying per view on 9 October 2026, eleven days before this check. Open the source link before you sign up.

How we compared these platforms

Every row was read on the platform's own website on 20 October 2026: its home page, its pricing or FAQ page, and its terms. We did not copy figures from other lists, from YouTube reviews or from Telegram groups, because those often carry old numbers. When a platform's own pages disagree with each other, the table shows both figures and the section on that platform explains the conflict.

The rules we applied:

  1. Pays creators in India. The platform's own pages had to say it pays clippers in India, or list India as a payout country. A platform that only cites Indian law, or only takes payments from brands in rupees, did not count.
  2. Readable today. If the site was down or the clipper terms were missing, the platform was left out rather than filled in from memory.
  3. Published figures only. A rate is the figure the platform prints, labelled the way the platform labels it. We did not estimate a typical rate for anyone, Musubi included.
  4. Alphabetical order. The list is not a ranking. Which platform suits you depends on the rate on the brief in front of you, the payout route you want and the fee, so the table lets you sort that out yourself.

Five platforms from other India lists were left out. ClipAdda's site returned a server error (HTTP 530) on every page we tried. Klipp.in publishes terms only for a paid editing service, and its clipper app timed out. Vyro and Wondeed pay through Stripe, PayPal or crypto with no country list that names India, and DareBay pays only in USDT or Telegram Stars and does not mention India in its terms. Any of them may well pay some Indian clippers, but we could not confirm it on their own pages, so they are not in the table.

Which clipping apps pay to UPI in India?

Seven of the eight platforms in this comparison pay to UPI: ClipConnect, ClipGrow, ClipRaft, Cluvi, Dashrize, INDclipping and Musubi. Whop Content Rewards does not list UPI; it pays to a bank account that accepts rupees after Whop's KYC, or to a wallet or crypto account.

UPI matters for three reasons. A UPI payout arrives in rupees, so there is no currency conversion. It lands in the same app you already use for everything else. And it usually comes with a low minimum, which matters when you are new and your first few clips earn small amounts.

Some platforms pay to UPI or to a bank account, and some ask for KYC first:

  • UPI or bank: ClipRaft, Cluvi, Dashrize and INDclipping (INDclipping uses NEFT or IMPS for bank transfers).
  • UPI only: ClipConnect (through GPay, PhonePe or Paytm), ClipGrow and Musubi.
  • KYC before payout: ClipConnect asks for KYC at sign up, Cluvi asks for PAN and bank details, and Dashrize pays only to a bank account in the same name as the verified account holder.

The platforms, one by one

Each section below opens with that platform's hardest numbers, then the catch. All figures are from its own pages as read on 20 October 2026.

ClipConnect

ClipConnect pays ₹10 to ₹100 per 1,000 views "based on campaign and niche", to UPI through GPay, PhonePe or Paytm, from a ₹500 minimum. Its terms take a 10 percent platform fee from a clipper's earnings at withdrawal, so ₹10,000 earned becomes ₹9,000 paid, the terms' own example. It tracks Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and asks for KYC and UPI details at sign up. The catch: ClipConnect's own earnings guide has quoted ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per 10 lakh views, which works out to ₹10 to ₹50 per 1,000, on the same page as the ₹10 to ₹100 range. Read the rate on the campaign, not the headline.

ClipGrow

ClipGrow no longer pays per view. Its terms, updated 9 October 2026, say no new campaign starts on per view terms. Clippers now get a fixed amount for each approved clip, paid monthly to UPI, and ClipGrow posts the clips on its own Instagram, YouTube and Facebook pages, so you need no followers and no social account. The amount per clip is shown in the dashboard and is not published. ClipGrow charges clippers no fee, but it picks who joins each campaign. It suits someone who wants steady editing work more than someone who wants to grow their own page.

ClipRaft

ClipRaft says campaigns "typically pay between ₹5 and ₹50 per 1,000 verified views", pays to UPI or bank from a ₹100 minimum, and has no follower minimum across the platform. The account is free, but full access to its campaign list costs ₹99 a month. The home page advertises an "instant wallet", while the FAQ says instant settlement is not guaranteed and gives no payout time. Work out whether the campaigns you can reach would earn back ₹99 a month before you pay for access.

Cluvi

Cluvi, operated by TE tech, lets each campaign set a rate between ₹25 and ₹10,000 per 1,000 views and pays to UPI or bank. Its FAQ says you can withdraw from ₹1 and that withdrawals take 5 to 7 business days; its terms, updated 11 January 2026, say payouts are processed monthly once you pass a minimum that is not stated. Cluvi charges clippers no fee, adds its 10 percent fee to the brand's budget, and may deduct TDS. It accepts Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and asks for PAN and KYC.

Dashrize

Dashrize, operated by Axilrise Private Limited, pays weekly on Fridays to UPI or a bank account, and its terms take a 15 percent commission from gross earnings, so the wallet balance you see is already net of it. Its sample campaign cards show ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 per 10 lakh views, which is ₹1 to ₹3 per 1,000, while its India guide calls ₹5 per 1,000 a common rate. The minimum withdrawal is ₹500 on the home page and ₹2,000 in the terms. Sign up was a waitlist with invite codes on the day we checked.

INDclipping

INDclipping pays ₹30 to ₹100 per 1,000 views, "the CPM set by the brand", to UPI or by NEFT and IMPS, within 24 to 48 hours of approval. It takes no cut from clippers; its 8 percent commission is charged to brands. Two gates sit before a withdrawal: earnings reach your wallet only once your approved views on a campaign reach 5,000, and the minimum withdrawal is ₹500. It supports Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels and has no follower minimum. Its terms name only "the operator of INDclipping", not a company.

Musubi

Musubi, the publisher of this page, is an Indian marketplace where brands pay creators per 1,000 views on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The brand sets the rate on each brief, and the lowest rate Musubi accepts is ₹30 per 1,000 views. Views are read from the post on a schedule; a clip is approved, and its earnings then reach your wallet. A withdrawal goes to your saved UPI ID within 48 hours of the request, the minimum is ₹10, and a 5 percent fee applies to each withdrawal. There is no follower minimum, and you must be 18 or over and based in India. The terms set out the rest.

Whop Content Rewards

Whop Content Rewards, run by Content Rewards Inc. in the United States, lets each campaign set its own dollar rate per 1,000 views and takes a flat 10 percent creator fee on view based campaigns. India is on Whop's payout country list, but Whop pays to a bank account, mobile wallet or crypto wallet, not to UPI. A clip earns for 7 days from approval and is then held 3 days, so money reaches your Whop balance about 10 days after approval; a standard Whop payout then takes up to 5 business days. Some briefs pay only for TikTok, which is blocked in India. Our guide to Whop clipping in India walks through the withdrawal route.

What the comparison table does not tell you

The table compares terms, not earnings. Three things it cannot show decide what you actually take home.

The rate on the brief beats the range on the home page. On every per view platform here, the rate is set campaign by campaign. A range like ₹10 to ₹100 tells you the spread, not what the campaign you join will pay. Our guide to what clipping costs per 1,000 views explains how brands choose a rate.

Caps and thresholds cut what a viral clip earns. Many briefs cap what one clip can earn, and some platforms hold earnings until you reach a view threshold, such as INDclipping's 5,000 approved views on a campaign. Check both before you cut.

Approval decides everything. Only approved clips earn. A clip that breaks the brief, uses the wrong footage, or comes from an account you did not verify can be rejected and earn nothing. Our guide on whose videos you can legally clip in India covers the footage rule. Read the brief twice.

For example, suppose a brief pays ₹40 per 1,000 views and a clip reaches 50,000 approved views. That clip earns 50 × ₹40 = ₹2,000 before any cap. On a platform with a 10 percent creator fee, you keep ₹1,800; with a 15 percent fee, ₹1,700; with a 5 percent withdrawal fee, ₹1,900. The rate, the cap and the fee together matter more than any one of them.

How to choose a clipping platform in India

Pick the platform whose terms you can check and live with, not the one with the biggest headline rate. Work through these six checks in order:

  1. Is the rate on the brief before you post? Every per view platform here sets the rate by campaign. Join only when you can see the rate and the cap first.
  2. Where does the money go? If you want rupees in your UPI app, skip any platform that does not list UPI.
  3. What is the minimum withdrawal? A ₹500 or ₹2,000 minimum can hold your first earnings for weeks. A low minimum lets you test a platform with real money early.
  4. What is the fee, and where is it written? A fee in the terms but not on the home page is still a fee. Compare 5, 10 and 15 percent on the same earnings, as in the example above.
  5. Which apps does it count? Reels, Shorts or both. A brief that pays only for TikTok is no use in India.
  6. Is there a named operator and a terms page? Cluvi, Dashrize and Whop Content Rewards name the company behind them; INDclipping's terms say only "the operator of INDclipping". A terms page with payout rules is the least you should expect.

You do not have to pick one. You can try two or three, read each one's terms for any rule on exclusivity, and keep the ones whose briefs you get approved on. For the wider picture, start with our guide on how to make money clipping in India.

The same six checks are in our short video on what to compare before you pick a clipping platform.

How to spot a fake clipping app

A real clipping platform never charges you to join a campaign, shows the rate before you post, and pays to your own UPI ID or bank account. Fake clipping apps turn each of those around. The Ministry of Home Affairs reported that its cybercrime centre identified over 100 websites involved in organised investment and task based part time job fraud, in its year end review of 2023. Our guide on whether clipping is real or fake in India walks through a 10 minute check you can run on any platform.

An Indian clipper raises a palm to refuse a hooded stranger offering a key for her coins A real platform pays you from approved views. Anyone who asks you to pay first to unlock earnings is selling the key, not the work.

Watch for these signs:

  • A fee to unlock campaigns or a "premium" tier that promises income. A subscription for access is not a scam by itself, but no one can promise what it will earn you.
  • Guaranteed daily income. Pay follows approved views on each brief, so ₹1,000 a day cannot be promised.
  • "Like and earn" tasks on Telegram or WhatsApp. Small payouts for easy tasks, then a request to deposit money to unlock bigger tasks, is the pattern of task based job fraud.
  • Someone offering to withdraw for you. Withdraw only through the platform's own wallet, and never share your UPI PIN or an OTP.
  • No terms, no payout rules, no operator. If you cannot find the minimum withdrawal, the fee and the payout time, do not start.

If you have been cheated, report it on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call the helpline 1930, which the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre says runs in all states and union territories. Call quickly: the centre says the helpline system connects banks, payment intermediaries and wallets to the cybercrime portal.

Before you sign up

Open the source link for the platform you are considering and confirm the rate, the minimum, the fee and the payout route on the day you join, because every platform here can change its terms. Then read one brief in full before you cut your first clip, in one of the free editing apps that work in India: the rate, the cap, the platforms it pays for and what gets a clip rejected. Do that and the comparison above becomes a decision about which brief to take, which is the decision that actually pays.

Questions creators ask

What is the best clipping platform in India?

No single clipping platform is best for every creator in India. As of 20 October 2026, the platforms that publish terms for paying Indian clippers are ClipConnect, ClipGrow, ClipRaft, Cluvi, Dashrize, INDclipping, Musubi and Whop Content Rewards. Compare the rate on the brief, the payout route, the minimum withdrawal and the creator fee, then choose the one whose terms you can live with.

Do I need followers to start clipping in India?

Usually not. On their own pages as read on 20 October 2026, ClipGrow, ClipRaft, Dashrize, INDclipping and Musubi state no follower minimum, and ClipGrow does not need a social account at all because it posts the clips itself. ClipConnect, Cluvi and Whop Content Rewards do not publish a follower rule, and any single campaign can still set its own eligibility.

Is Whop clipping available in India?

Yes. India is on Whop's list of payout countries, and joining Content Rewards campaigns is free. Whop does not list UPI, so earnings go to a rupee bank account after Whop's KYC, or to a wallet or crypto account. View based campaigns carry a 10 percent creator fee, and money reaches your Whop balance about 10 days after a clip is approved.

How much do clipping platforms in India pay per 1,000 views?

Published ranges on 20 October 2026 ran from ₹1 to ₹3 on Dashrize's sample campaigns up to ₹30 to ₹100 on INDclipping, with Cluvi allowing campaigns to set anywhere from ₹25 to ₹10,000. On every per view platform the brand or campaign sets the actual rate, so the figure on the brief you join is the one that counts.

How long do clipping platforms take to pay in India?

It depends on the platform. On their own pages, INDclipping says 24 to 48 hours from approval, Musubi says within 48 hours of a withdrawal request, Dashrize pays weekly on Fridays, Cluvi says 5 to 7 business days, ClipGrow pays monthly, and Whop takes about 10 days to reach your balance plus up to 5 business days to pay out.

Can I use more than one clipping platform at the same time?

Usually you can. Signing up is free on most of the platforms in this comparison, so you can try two or three and keep the ones whose briefs you get approved on. Read each platform's terms for any exclusivity rule first. Each also has its own minimum withdrawal, so spreading clips too thin can leave small balances stuck below each threshold.
